Job Title: Software QA Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the overall quality of all our products development deliverables
• Development of pragmatic test processes to ensure that an adequate balance of functional and performance testing is achieved.
• Design, develop and execute test scripts for manual and automated testing as needed.
• Bug recording, tracking, regression and closure.
• Analyse and communicate results efficiently and comprehensively to the development team.
• Liaise and support developers and other departments as required on items relating to product quality and technical queries.
• Professional regular reporting on project progress to all key players

Requirements:

o    Minimum of Bachelor degree /HND in Computer Science or related disciplines from a reputable institution

o    Three (3+) years experience in a similar position in a standard in-house software development and testing environment is a must

Special Requirements:

·         Demonstrable knowledge of the development life cycle and industry standard QA practices

·         Strong QA methodology, process, and technical leadership

·         Experience in performance, volume and stress testing in enterprise level applications

·         Assertive, result-oriented and deadline-driven individual, with a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility

·         Experience in testing web applications is a must
