Vacancies at an Electronic Security Firm - (9 positions)

A reputable electronic security firm with head office in Lagos
and branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt is recruiting candidates for the following positions:

1.)  Project Engineer: (Lagos)
Qualification:
  

Ø  Candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc (2.2) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Ø  Should have  5 years post NYSC experience in electronic security systems including electronic surveillance: data communication systems including hardware and software systems

Ø  Minimum of three years experience in project planning, leadership, quality control and safety in projects. 

Ø  Candidates must show evidence of effective team leadership and management skills

Ø  Age: Not more than 40 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  

Ø  Plan, manage, and supervise all engineering projects both internal and external.

Ø  Provide effective team leadership, coordination and management skills for installation and Maintenance, and ICT Engineers

Ø  Provide adequate training for engineering and ICT staff on products and services marketed by the company; installation and maintenance  procedures and best practices

2.)  Installation and Maintenance Engineers and Technicians (Lagos and Abuja)

 Qualification:
  

Ø  Candidate must possess minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Ø  Higher degrees will be advantageous

Ø  At least 3 years post NYSC experience in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems

Age: Not more than 35 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  

Ø  Installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including electronic access control systems, electronic surveillance system, electrofence systems, Wi-Fi and Wi-Max systems

Ø   Candidates should show evidence of proficiency in high quality installation practices and structured maintenance procedures and practices.

3.)   ICT Engineers (Lagos and Abuja)

 

Qualification:

Ø  The candidates should have at least second degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with proven specialization in information and communication technologies

Experience

Ø  Should have at least three (3) years post NYSC and  hand on experience in computer networking LANs, VLANs, WLANs, IPCCTV networking

Ø   In-depth knowledge and experience in the hardware and configuration of switches, routers, hubs gateways, firewalls, etc.

Ø  In-depth knowledge and experience in software development design and management of website management and rapid disaster recovery systems.

Ø  Must  be  a team worker and show evidence of train ability

Ø  Age: Not more than 35 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
   

Ø  Installation and maintenance of company data networks

Ø   LANs and WLANs installation

Ø  Management of software for the security systems, IPCCTV, wireless mesh, and effective management of database

Ø  Installation and configuration of network hardware elements and maintenance of accurate records.

4.) Marketers (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt)

Qualification:
 

Ø  Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in marketing or any other  of the  social sciences

Ø  Minimum of 3 years sales experience in electronic security or telecommunication

Ø  Good communication, and computer skills

Ø  Age: Not more than 30 years

5.) Operations Supervisors (Lagos)

Qualification:

Ø  Candidate must possess B.Sc/HND in related discipline (Professional qualification in security Operations an added advantage)

Ø  Minimum of 5 years experience in the  security industry, 3 of which must be in supervisory position

Ø  Age: Not more than 35 years

6.) Control Room Operators (Lagos)

Qualification:
   

Ø  Candidate must possess Minimum of OND in computer Science or any technical discipline, and must be conversant with the use of computer

Ø  Cognate experience in control room operation, and monitoring tracking devices

Ø  Fluent with radio communication language

Ø  Age: Not more than 35 years

7.) Security/Patrol Drivers (Lagos)

Qualification:
 

Ø  School certificate (SSCE) with minimum of 5 years in security patrol escort of bullion driving  experience

Ø  Must be conversant with Lagos road network

Ø  Good oral and written communication skill, and must have valid driver’s license

Ø  Age: Not more than 35 years

8.) Account Officer (Lagos)
Qualification:
   

Ø  Candidate must possess minimum HND accounting

Ø  Excellent working knowledge of peachtree accounting software in a multi-user environment

Ø  Must not be more than 35 years

9.)  Officer Secretary / Receptionist (Lagos)
Qualification:

Ø  Candidates must possess minimum of HND in office administration or related field

Ø  Must have  minimum of 3 years experience as a secretary in a sizeable organization

Ø  Must be very computer literate, use of internet and Microsoft office, etc

Ø  Must not be more than 35 years old.
