Description:
Ø Collation of all operational requirements from within Sahara Bulk Group
Ø Liaison with Sahara Group Admin and IT departments for all related issues raised within Sahara Bulk Group
Ø Contract Administrator and follow up on Monthly payments for all security outfits in all Sahara Bulk subsidiaries.
Ø Vendor management system Administrator for Sahara Bulk Group
Ø Procurement focal point for all Administrative related supplies.
Ø Management of all Petty cash issues for Sahara Bulk (Head office), accounting and coordinating petty cash transactions for Sahara Bulk Companies on Oracle.
Ø Coordination of all Sahara Bulk Group Staff welfare related issues.
Ø Personal Assistant to the Managing Director’s Office Sahara Bulk Group.
Additional Information:
Ø Bachelor degree preferably B.Sc Business Administration
Ø Expert Skill of Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ø Basic Accounting Knowledge
Ø Excellent Skill on Computer literacy
Ø Awareness skill level for procurement principles
Ø Excellent skill level for Inter-personal relationship management
Ø Good negotiation and bargaining skills – Knowledge level required
Ø Awareness skill level for ERP software – Oracle knowledge will be an added advantage
Ø Knowledge Skill requirement for Information and Inventory Management
Ø Awareness skill level requirement for Document identification, labeling and Filling
