Job Position: Trainee Millers
Job Requirements
* The ideal candidates will not be more than 28 years of age and will possess a Bachelors degree, at least Second Class Upper Division, or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
* Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing organization.
Job Description
* Successful candidates will undergo Intensive local and overseas training in milling operations and qualify as professional millers at the end of their training.
* During the training period of about 3 years, they should be able to progressively take responsibility for various sections of the milling operation, from screen room to product bins and packaging, including heading a shift in the absence of the Shift Miller.
